Ms. Zimring's mission is to run her firm by three steadfast tenets which ultimately make her client's interior design dreams a successful reality.

1. A good working relationship between the designer and the client is essential and is best initiated at the onset of any interior design project. Conversation, questioning and intent listening will reveal the preferences and needs of the client. This knowledge allows the designer to create a personalized home or office that reflects the client's interests and lifestyle in a most beautiful and practical manner. Even though Function needs to determine the Aesthetic, Ms. Zimring aims for the design space to provide refuge, give pleasure and provide an ambiance that enhances one's life.

2. The second relationship that brings an interior design dream to reality is that of function, design and budget. Ms. Zimring believes that materials and workmanship should be of the best quality the client can afford. Clean elements comprised of quality materials

and fine workmanship always translate into a design of timeless elegance and provide many years of good living. As the designer, it is Ms. Zimring's responsibility to accomplish this result by combining budget with her wide knowledge of resources for fabrics, furnishings and craftspeople.

3. For a seamless meld of interior elements, it is necessary for a client's design space to respect its surrounding architectural character and charm. As an experienced designer, Ms. Zimring becomes the cornerstone to proportion, texture and color. The bond of these elements creates a harmonious, aesthetically pleasing room for the client to carry on everyday living.

As you can see, the foundation of Ms. Zimring's design philosophy is “the Relationship”.
